The Energy Certificate (or Energy Efficiency Certificate) is a necessary document for the rental and purchase of a building (house or apartment). According to EU directives, buildings in the European Union must acquire an energy identity that reflects the energy consumption of the building in electric power, natural gas, diesel, renewable energy sources.

The necessary supporting documents for issuing the Energy Certificate are the following:

• Copies of architectural plans (floor plan / property outline)
• Copy of the declaration of the property in the Land Registry
• Copy of topographic chart / Outline (if available)
• Title of Property (optional)
• Boiler Maintenance Sheet (optional)

Lastly, in any case for the issuance of the energy certificate, you should know and help us record the following information:

• Street, Number, Area, ZIP
• Property ID (e.g. Apartment A2)
• Exact square meters of property
• Year of construction completion
• Reason for issuing the Energy Certificate (sale, rent, etc.)

• Classification (owner, administrator, tenant, technical manager, etc.)
• First name, Surname, Phone number
• Owner’s details: First Name, Surname, ID Number
